Jeff Busch holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Southern California with emphasis in Finance and Business Administration. He specializes in business aspects of insurance including General Liability, Professional Liability, Construction Insurance, Surety Bonding, Workers Compensation and all types of special Business Owners and Building Owners Insurance programs.

Jeff has 28 years experience in the insurance industry and is dedicated to provide a complete review of your insurance program with very competitive premium programs. With a complete review there are also consulting areas of risk management that may not only focus on insurance products as the answer to an exposure.

As a resident of the Sacramento area for most of the last 25 years, Jeff enjoys other activities with his family including Golf, Boating, Skiing and an NBA Kings Basketball supporter in the beautiful Sacramento area with all of its many opportunities and resources.

Art graduated with a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1976. Following graduation, Art joined Aetna Life and Casualty's claims staff and later Great American Insurance holding positions in underwriting, marketing, and loss control. He joined Albano, Dale, Dunn & Lewis Insurance Services, Inc. in 1985. Art specializes in commercial insurance, including manufactured housing communities, restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings and Workers Compensation. Art served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict and continues his enjoyment of the ocean today. Art enjoys deep sea fishing with his family and friends. He is an owner and the President of Albano Dale Dunn & Lewis Insurance Services, Inc.

Elizebeth Hernandez began her insurance career eleven years ago. After working with Farmers Insurance Group, Elizabeth has obtained the knowledge and expertise she needs to serve her clients. Elizabeth specializes in personal, auto, home, and commercial insurance products. Her bilingual skills allow her to reach the Latino community in Sacramento and its surrounding areas. Whether she is working with an individual or corporate client, Elizabeth makes sure her client's needs are met.

Diana grew up in the Sacramento area, married and raised five children. In 1990 she obtained her property & casualty license to follow her father Brent Albano, and brother Tony Albano into the insurance business. She is currently writing all lines of personal insurance with an emphasis on the high value home. She concentrates highly on customer service and the ability to shop comparative markets on an annual basis.

Jeff graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. degree in Communications. He previously owned a very successful Insurance Agency. Jeff says that his family roots eventually lead him into the insurance industry. His mother at one time headed the Surety Bond Program for the Small Business Administration in Washington D.C. and his Uncle retired as a 36 year career insurance agent.

He developed a passion for motorcycles at the young age of 7. He has twice ridden his dirt bike across the desert from Reno to Las Vegas and still competes in local Motorcross events. He worked in the Powersports industry right out of college spending 14 years as one of the top district managers for a major manufacturer.

Jeff has been a member of Bayside Church since 1996. He is strong in his faith, cherishes his family, and is very focused on his career. His high integrity and sincere work ethic certainly shine in the insurance profession. He can write all lines of business and would love to have the opportunity to discuss your insurance needs with you.

Mel holds a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in International Business from De LaSalle University. While living in Paris, he also attended the Universite de Paris-Sorbonne. Over the years while living in different parts of the world as a diplomat, Mel has gained a broad experience in dealing with people from different cultures. He has many years of business experience (even successfully being a business owner and entrepreneur himself over the years).

He has experience consulting with both business and personal clients, providing insurance coverages and assessing ever changing insurance needs.

Over the years, he has been an active volunteer in the industry, in his church and schools.

She attended College Of Marin for 2 years and her 26 years of experience in the insurance industry has been dedicated to serving her clients and continuing her education. She has completed the insurance courses in Commercial Property, Liability and Risk Management toward the highly skilled designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. She is an owner and the Corporate Secretary at Albano, Dale, Dunn & Lewis.

With 30 years of experience in insurance, Mark has the experience and knowledge that gets his customers the insurance products they need at the most competitive prices available. He specializes in the Building Industry, providing Contractors with expertise in Bonds, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Worker Compensation and Inland Marine coverage. He is an active member of the El Dorado Builders Exchange and serves on their Insurance Advisory Committee. He has been with ADD&L since 1993 and is an owner and Corporate Treasurer.

During his tenure at CSAA Michael held claims management positions followed by several years as a Sales Agent specializing in personal lines. Currently Michael specializes in commercial, home, auto and workers compensation insurance. Michael's broad insurance background has proven beneficial when assisting his clients in determining their own insurance needs.

Bob holds a B.A. degree from the University of La Verne with a major in Business and Economics. He has over 40 years of career experience with the Insurance Industry in Underwriting, Claims, Risk Management, and Sales. He holds professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, C.P.C.U., from the American Institute and Associate In Risk Management, ARM, from the Insurance Institute of America.

As an owner at Add&L, he is active in agency management and providing clients with excellent and distinctive services as they receive understanding, value, and satisfaction with their insurance policy purchases. "Helping Clients gain confidence in their insurance placement decisions is my greatest joy".

Bob is a strong Christian, active in his church, especially with teaching ministries. He and his wife Donna enjoy traveling and time with their family, children and grandchildren.
